1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Nicole Tran website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services
Nicole Tran provides professional photography, videography, and 3D imagery services. All projects are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information supplied at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may vary based on actual project requirements, scope changes, or additional services requested. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
4. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to delivery of final files. Payment can be made via bank transfer or other agreed methods.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled shoot date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the shoot date will forfeit 50% of the deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours will forfeit the full deposit.
6. Copyright and Usage Rights
All images and videos remain the copyright of Nicole Tran unless otherwise agreed in writing. Usage rights are granted as specified in the project agreement. Additional usage beyond the agreed scope requires separate licensing.
7. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity. We aim to deliver within the agreed timeframe but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
8. Liability
Nicole Tran shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Confidentiality
We treat all client information and project details as confidential. Information shared during the inquiry and project process will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
